Official Competition

The doors of the Official Competition of the inaugural International Festival of Cinema and Climate are now open to short filmmakers from around the world, celebrating cinematic creativity in the heart of the Tunisian desert.

  • Submission Period: January 30, 2025 – April 29, 2026.
  • Eligible Works: Short narrative films, documentaries, or animated films.
  • Requirements: Professionally produced, within the last 2 years, under 30 minutes.

This competition aims to discover new cinematic voices and honor bold, innovative works within a unique festival setting that reconnects art with the environment and cultural identity. Selected films will be screened on the beach at Hammam Chott.
